Scanline VFX is a visual effects society, based in Berlin, specialized in Cg fluid simulations: their effects are really awesome!

I think lot of you wached the movie Poseidon: there are very realistic scenes in cg fluid animation and this work is made by Scanline VFX!

Here a really amazing video very famous for all of you who works in CG: If you don’t know it I’m sure you’ll be surprised…

Now I’m sure you are thinking: How can I do it? What software I have to use?

If I’m not wrong, Scanline VFX uses a their own software, but generally we can say these animations need very complex algorithm, and sometime the time to calcule is long… but it’s so actractive, isn’t it?
